The document failed to upload

Files uploaded from an unopened zip file are uploaded as empty documents. Please make sure to open your zip file first and upload documents from within the zip.

Property photos failed to upload

To upload successfully, photos must be in PNG, JPEG, JPG, or SVG file format. You can either screenshot the image or convert the file to an image format.

How do I rearrange the order of my photos?

The deal room displays the last image uploaded as the first image, then the second to last uploaded as the second image, and so on. To reorder your photos, delete the existing photos on the deal room and upload them from the last photo you’d like displayed to the first photo.

AI Deal Room failed to generate

You are able to regenerate your Deal Room by navigating to the Deal Room tab.

Lenders are not populating on search

My deal is a portfolio

Lender search is not currently available for portfolio deals. Here are two options:

  1. Create a single-property deal: If all the properties are located within the same city, you can combine them into a single-property deal. Remember to update the "Deal Name" to reflect this.

  2. Contact support for assistance: Our team can help you explore alternative solutions. You can reach us via chat.

My deal is a single-property

Navigate to your profile, select "My Company," and update your company's state under the "Company Information" section. This should then trigger lenders to populate on search.

Why can't I add lenders from Lender Directory?

The ability to add lenders from the directory is not currently available. We can help you add other lenders for your deal by contacting our team via chat.

Error received when adding a connected lender contact

Since there were too many lenders with similar names, the full list did not populate. You can also search for lenders directly using their URL in the following format: www.chase.com

Unable to integrate my email

Reach out to our team via Chat, and we can take a closer look at this for you.

Lev Lender email bounced

The Lev platform automatically identifies bounced emails and relaunches the deal to a new contact, so there's no need to do anything on your end!

The lender cannot access the link

For security purposes, the deal room links expire after 15 days. The lender can access the deal room by clicking the link and selecting “Request a new link” (see screenshot below).

You can also send the deal room in PDF format by navigating to the “Deal Room” tab and clicking “Download PDF”.
