Automated follow-ups

Automated follow ups are sent on your behalf to save you time and increase lender engagement. There are 4 types of automated follow ups that default to on for all deals. You can modify which are turned on or off on your deal settings page. Each follow up will only be sent once if the criteria are met. If you opt out, these will be created as manual tasks. Automated follow ups are only sent for Lev lenders.

  1. Lender Unresponsive: Lender did not reply to launch email AND did not open Deal Room link. Sends 48 hours after launch.

  2. Lender Reviewing: Lender did not reply to launch email AND opened Deal Room. Status is in lender reviewing. Sends 48 hours after they open the Deal Room.

  3. Lender Interested: Lender did not reply to launch email AND expressed interest. Status is in lender interested. Sends 48 hours after the review time indicated by the lender expires.

  4. Lender Stopped Responding: Lender stopped replying to the conversation and you are the last reply. Sends 72 hours after your last message.
