Once you launch your deals, the overview page will transform into your deal task management center. Tasks are split into three categories: Requests, Messages, and Terms Received.
Messages: Any new messages or follow-ups required for lenders who have been sent the deal but haven’t submitted terms yet
Requests: Any document upload or access requests
Terms Received: Any new quotes submitted or messages from lenders who are in a terms received status
