Email Integration

Email Integration is crucial for maximizing Lev's benefits and is only applicable to deals launched on the Lev platform. The platform syncs with your business email inbox, identifying communication with lenders on deals you launch through Lev.

The tool never accesses personal emails, regular business threads, or threads related to deals outside the Lev platform. Instead, the feature consolidates email threads specifically related to a Lev deal, allowing you to manage all communication in one place. Whether you send messages from the Lev platform or your email, they will appear as if they were sent directly from your personal email—this boosts the lender response rate by 50% or more.

Pipeline Management

Pipeline Management is a free tool that helps you organize your process and accelerate your deal flow, starting from the initial evaluation. With Pipeline Management, you can:

  • Track all prospective properties in a unified workspace

  • Manage key details, notes, contacts, and more from initial discovery

  • Collaborate with your team throughout the due diligence process

  • Seamlessly convert opportunities into live Lev deals

You can add a property in Lev directly, forward an email from your investment sales broker, or send an email with some deal documents to [email protected]. Our AI will add the property to your pipeline with an investment overview, market overview, contacts, and any documents you share. From there, you can go to market for financing in minutes.

Lev CRM

Lev CRM (Capital Relationship Management) is highly recommended (but not required) for managing your processes, even outside of an active deal. The platform securely scans your business email inbox, matching lenders by their domain with those in our lender database and consolidating your communications and past deals.

Once synced, you can choose the matched lenders you want to add to your CRM, giving you full control. This will add lenders on the account level, meaning your entire team can see the contact, but the message history with these contacts be private to you. This provides full visibility of contacts, past deals, and any of our profile information for the lender in our database for your entire team. Each team member can opt in or out of adding contacts to Lev CRM.

As with deal-related email integration, Lev CRM will never access personal emails or regular business threads.

Loan Sizing

Simply enter your recourse, rate, and leverage requirements to see expected terms across different lender types instantly. You can then refine your requirements to see the impact small changes will have on terms. Lev will also provide tailored suggestions to optimize your financing request and meet loan sizing constraints.

Lender Search

Lender Search enables you to find the best-fit lenders for your specific financing criteria. Once you are clear on your requirements, Lender Search matches you with lenders who are most likely to meet your needs. This can include both existing and new lenders. You can also add any existing relationships to create a comprehensive list of potential lenders for outreach. We show detailed profiles for both new and existing lenders, giving you insight into their lending footprint, criteria, and recent transactions.

The goal of Lender Search is to identify the best-fit matches and most competitive lenders for your deal using both internal and external data. Our lender database pulls from more than 4,000 lenders with in-depth data on these lenders to find the best options and secure optimal financing for you.

We categorize lenders based on match scores, showing top matches and potential fits, and providing detailed insights on each lender's attributes and past activity. You can also search all lenders, see why some weren't a match, and view previous interactions you’ve had with a lender.

Note: Outside of a transaction, you can access our Lender Directory, which gives you access to view over 4,000 lenders (but does not match you with lenders using our algorithm).

AI Deal Room

AI Deal Room automatically builds professional, digital deal materials using property documents that you upload to save you time so that you can focus on achieving financing goals.

In under 10 minutes, AI generates a comprehensive deal book from your property documents and underwriting model, giving you clear, concise, and consistent materials to share with lenders. The deal room can be shared digitally as a link or downloaded as a PDF.

You can always regenerate your Deal Room entirely or in sections and add additional documents during the process so it’s always updated with the latest information.

Note: AI Deal Room is not currently supported for perm portfolio deals.

MSR

Download your MSR to see a snapshot of your deal progress. This report includes AI-generated summaries and placement notes, the quote matrix, and a breakdown of all lenders by status.

By default, the Marketing Status Report will automatically be generated weekly after your deal is launched and will be shared via email. You can manage your notification preference in your deal settings page.

To get a copy of your report, simply log in to your deal page, navigate over to the ‘Lenders’ tab, and click ‘Generate New Report’. Your report will be ready to review in minutes!

Lender Directory

Lender Directory gives you access to over 4,000 lenders. You can see their programs, lending criteria, and recent transactions, wherever you are in the financing process. This gives you a clear view of current lenders so you can make smarter decisions and navigate the market with ease for your next deal.

Note: This feature differs from Lev’s matching feature, Lender Search. Lender Search uses Lev’s proprietary algorithm to rank the best lenders for your deal, saving you time and increasing your certainty of execution. Read more about Lender Search here.

Task Manager

Once you launch your deals, the overview page will transform into your deal task management center. Tasks are split into three categories: Requests, Messages, and Terms Received.

  • Messages: Any new messages or follow-ups required for lenders who have been sent the deal but haven’t submitted terms yet

  • Requests: Any document upload or access requests

  • Terms Received: Any new quotes submitted or messages from lenders who are in a terms received status

Quote Matrix

Upload the terms you receive to the quote matrix to compare side-by-side. You can also download these into Excel.

Automated follow-ups

There are 4 types of automated follow ups that default to on for all deals. You can modify which are turned on or off on your deal settings page. Each follow up will only be sent once if the criteria are met. If you opt out, these will be created as manual tasks. Automated follow ups are only sent for Lev lenders.

  1. Lender Unresponsive: Lender did not reply to launch email AND did not open deal room link. Sends 48 hours after launch.

  2. Lender Reviewing: Lender did not reply to launch email AND opened deal room. Status is in lender reviewing. Sends 48 hours after they open the deal room.

  3. Lender Interested: Lender did not reply to launch email AND expressed interest. Status is in lender interested. Sends 48 hours after the review time indicated by the lender expires.

  4. Lender Stopped Responding: Lender stopped replying to the conversation and you are the last reply. Sends 72 hours after your last message.
