Important settings and features available after your deal launches

Once you launch your deal, we have a set of tools to help you manage communications and track progress efficiently.

Task Manager

The task management center is on the overview page and helps you keep track of unread messages, document requests, and follow-ups. You can read more about what tasks are created here.

Messaging Center

In the Lenders tab, you can track your deal and manage lender communications seamlessly. On this page, you can filter by all lenders, those you're in contact with, and lenders who have passed on the deal. You can also filter by new lenders or existing relationships. If you click on a lender, you can send messages and view all past messages consolidated in one place.

This page also includes your quote matrix, where you can compare terms received side-by-side. The quote matrix can be exported as a spreadsheet. While some lenders may submit terms through a provided link, it's common for them to email directly. Enter these terms manually to ensure they're included in the quote matrix.

When sending messages from the platform, you can send messages to individual lenders or all lenders at once, add attachments and CC other recipients. Email integration will ensure these messages come directly from your regular business email.

You can see the entire thread of your communication with lenders to stay informed and adjust lender statuses as needed.

Our AI will automatically update the status and add notes to the placement table when a lender passes on a deal via email. In case of insufficient feedback, our AI creates an email template for you to send requesting more information.

Marketing Status Report

Download your Marketing Status Report to see a snapshot of your deal progress and share updates with stakeholders. This report includes AI-generated summaries and placement notes, the quote matrix, and a breakdown of all lenders by status.

Automated follow ups

There are 4 types of automated follow ups that default to โ€œonโ€ for all deals. You can modify which are turned on or off on your deal settings page. Each follow up will only be sent once if the criteria are met. If you opt out, these will be created as manual tasks. Automated follow ups are only sent to new lenders, not your existing relationships.

  • Lender unresponsive: Lender did not reply to launch email AND did not open Deal Room link. Sends 48 hours after launch.

  • Lender reviewing: Lender did not reply to launch email AND opened Deal Room. Status is in lender reviewing. Sends 48 hours after they open the Deal Room.

  • Lender interested: Lender did not reply to launch email AND expressed interest. Status is in lender interested. Sends 48 hours after the review time indicated by the lender expires.

  • Lender stopped responding: Lender stopped replying to the conversation and you are the last reply. Sends 72 hours after your last message.
