The quick start guide to setting up your Lev account

Welcome to Lev!

Lev is your all-in-one digital platform designed to streamline and enhance the commercial real estate financing process. Our platform helps you evaluate the market, connect with lenders, manage your relationships, and handle the day-to-day tasks of financing.

Setting up your account

We recommend starting by integrating your email and setting up your profile to get the most out of Lev. Email integration is crucial for maximizing Lev’s benefits—it allows launch emails to come directly from your account, get replies in your own inbox, and all Lev deal-related emails to be consolidated in one place. This drives up to 50% higher lender response rates! You can read more about email integration here.

Next, update your photo, contact information, role, bio, and signature on your “Personal Information” settings. Don’t forget to save it once you’re finished editing! You can also customize your company details on the “My Company” page. This is the profile lenders will see when you launch a deal, so we recommend setting this up as soon as possible.

If you are an admin, you can add colleagues to your account. If you are an editor, you can add colleagues to your deal. Read more about permissions here.
